The MAMX-011043 from MACOM is an Image-Reject passive Diode Mixer MMIC with a LO/RF frequency from 15 to 45 GHz and an IF frequency from DC to 10 GHz. It provides image rejection of up to 20 dBc and has a conversion loss of less than 10.5 dB. The mixer has an amplitude imbalance of ±1 dB and a phase imbalance of ±10°. It provides LO to RF isolation of 40 dB, LO to IF isolation of 10 dB, and RF to IF isolation of 30 dB. This mixer is available in a 24-lead QFN Package that measures 4.0 x 4.0 x 1.1 mm and is ideal for use in applications such as test and measurement, microwave radios, and radars.
