The MAMX-011075 from MACOM is an image-reject passive Diode Mixer MMIC with a LO/RF frequency from 8 to 26 GHz and an IF frequency from DC to 4 GHz. It provides image rejection of up to 25 dBc and has a conversion loss of less than 11.5 dB. The mixer has an amplitude imbalance of ±2 dB and a phase imbalance of ±10°. It provides LO to RF isolation of 35 dB, LO to IF isolation of 35 dB, and RF to IF isolation of 15 dB. This mixer is available in a 4 mm AQFN Package. It is ideal for use in applications such as test and measurement, microwave radios, and radars.
