The ML1-0110SM from Marki Microwave is a Microlithic Double Balanced Mixer which has an LO/RF frequency from 1.5 to 10 GHz and IF frequency from DC to 2 GHz. It provides high isolation of 38 dB, low conversion loss of 7 dB and excellent spurious performance. It is available in a lead free, RoHS compliant surface mount package compatible with standard leaded and lead-free solder reflows. SMA connectorized evaluation packages are also available.
