The ML1-1050 from Marki Microwave is a MicrolithicTM double balanced mixer with a RF Frequency from 10 to 50 GHz, a LO Frequency from 10 to 50 GHz and an IF Frequency from DC to 16 GHz. The mixer has a conversion loss of 8 dB, LO/RF Isolation of 43 dB and LO/IF Isolation of 20 dBm. It has a P1dB of 3 to 9 dBm and an IP3 of 13 to 19 dBm. The ML1-1050 is available as a wire bondable chip or a 2.4 mm connectorized package. It is an excellent alternative to Marki Microwave M9 mixers packaged in drop-in carriers such as the ES carrier.
