The ML1-1644 is a Microlithic double balanced broadband mixer that operates from 16 to 44 Ghz . It features a conversion loss of 7 dB, LO-RF Isolation of 40 dB and LO-IF Isolation of 25 dB. Accurate, nonlinear software models are available for Microwave Office through the Marki Microwave PDK. The ML1-1644 is available as a wire bondable chip or in a connectorized package.
