The MM1-0222H from Marki Microwave is a double balanced mixer with an RF/LO frequency from 2 to 22 GHz and an IF frequency from DC to 3.5 GHz. This Ku-band GaAs MMIC mixer works well as both an up and down converter. It has a conversion loss of 8.5 dB, high LO to RF isolation of 51 dB, and a high input IP3 of 20 dBm across the bandwidth. The MM1-0222H is available both as a wire bondable die and as a connectorized module. This GaAs MMIC mixer covers S through Ku bands and works well as both an upconverter and downconverter. It is ideal for Radars, Satcom, Electronic Warfare, and Test & measurement applications.
