The MM1-0222LSM from Marki Microwave is a GaAs MMIC Double-Balanced Mixer with an RF from 2 to 22 GHz and IF Frequency from 0 to 3.5 GHz. This Ku-band mixer can work as an up and down converter and is designed for low power applications that demand high linearity. It provides LO to RF isolation of 50 dB, LO to IF isolation of 27 dB, and RF to IF isolation of 31 dB. The mixer has a conversion loss of 7-9 dBm and a noise figure of 7 dB. It can handle an input power of up to 30 dBm at all ports and consumes 30 mA of current. The mixer provides excellent conversion loss, superior isolations, and spurious performance across a broad bandwidth. It is available in a QFN package that measures 3 x 3 mm and is ideal for test and measurement equipment, SATCOM, Radar, and EW applications.
