The MM1-0422H from Marki Microwave is a GaAs Schottky diode double balanced MMIC mixer with an RF frequency from 3.7 GHz to 22 GHz. The mixer has excellent LO-RF isolation of nearly 50 dB typical, and excellent spurious suppression. It has a conversion loss up to 8 dB and a P1dB of 10 dBm. The MM1-0422H is available as a wire bondable chip that measures 0.055 x 0.043 x 0.004 inches or an SMA connectorized package.
