The MM1-0726HSM is Marki Microwave first GaAs mixer product. It is a double balanced mixer which has an LO/RF frequency from 7 to 26 GHz with excellent isolations and spurious suppression. It can be operated in either a low conversion loss 'A' configuration or a low LO drive 'B' configuration. The mixer is available in a 3 mm QFN package that is RoHS compliant, and compatible with both leaded and lead-free standard solder reflow assembly.
