The MM1-1453LSM from Marki Microwave is a GaAs MMIC Double-Balanced Mixer with an RF/LO frequency from 14 to 53 GHz and an IF frequency from DC to 22 GHz. It has a conversion loss of 8 dB and a high LO to RF isolation of 56 dB at low LO powers. This GaAs MMIC mixer provides excellent spurious performance across a broad bandwidth. It works well as an up and down converter for Ku band applications and for low power applications that demand high linearity. The mixer is available in a QFN package that measures 3 x 3 mm and is ideal for moderate power applications such as test and measurement equipment, SATCOM, radar, electronic warfare, and mmWave tune mixer applications.
