The MM1-2567LS from Marki Microwave is a double balanced MMIC mixer that operates up to 65 GHz. This is Marki's highest frequency mixer ever (soo far). It features a flat, smooth conversion loss from 25 to 67 GHz with a low frequency IF. The IF response extends to above 30 GHz with only 4 dB additional conversion loss. The MM1-2567LS is available in a connectorized package. This mixer can be used in two different configurations - One which provides high efficiency and the other which provides better spurious performance and a low LO drive.
