The MM1-2567LSM from Marki Microwave is a Double Balanced Mixer with an RF/LO frequency from 25 to 67 GHz and an IF frequency from DC to 30 GHz. This GaAs MMIC mixer works well as both an up and down converter. It has a low conversion loss of 9.5 dB and high LO to RF isolation of 40 dB at low LO powers. This Ka to V band mixer has an LO drive from 10 to 16 dBm and an input IP3 of 9 dBm. It is available in a 3 x 3 mm QFN package and is ideal for use in electronic warfare scanners and 5G test receivers.
