The MM1-2567LSM-2 from Marki Microwave is a GaAs MMIC Double-Balanced Mixer with an RF/LO frequency from 25 to 67 GHz and an IF frequency from DC to 30 GHz. It has a conversion loss of 9.5 dB and a noise figure of 9.5 dB. The mixer provides LO to RF isolation of 40 dB, LO to IF isolation of 28 dB, and an RF to IF isolation of 25 dB. It works well as an up/down converter and is optimized for high-frequency applications. The MM1-2567LSM-2 is available in a QFN package that measures 3 x 3 mm and is ideal for EW scanners, 5G test receivers, and surface-mount amplifier applications.
