The MM2-0530LCH from Marki Microwave is a Passive GaAs Triple Balanced Mixer MMIC with an RF/LO frequency from 5 to 30 GHz and an IF frequency from 2 to 20 GHz. It can handle an input power of +10 dBm and has a conversion loss of 9 dB.  This triple-balanced mixer has an LO-to-RF isolation of 44 dB with an input IP3 of 19 dBm. It has a broadband IF port with excellent spurious suppression.

The MM2-0530LCH utilizes GaAs MMIC technology that improves upon the previous generation of hand-assembled, hybrid M2 triple balanced mixers to provide better isolation, unit-to-unit repeatability, and reliability. It is available in a surface-mount package that measures 2.28 x 1.47 mm with SMA connectors. This mixer has an EAR99 export classification.
