The MMIQ-0626LSM from Marki Microwave is a passive GaAs MMIC IQ Mixer with an RF/LO frequency from 6 to 26 GHz and IF frequency from DC to 6 GHz. It provides an image rejection of 35 dB, has a conversion loss of less than 14 dB and an IP3 of 14 dB. The mixer is available in a surface-mount package that measures 4 x 4 mm and is suitable for applications such as single-sideband and image rejection mixing, IQ modulation/demodulation, vector amplitude modulation and band shifting.
