MAC-85L

Note : Your request will be directed to Mini Circuits.

The MAC-85L from Mini Circuits is a series of LTCC Double balanced mixers with an RF/LO frequency range from 2800 - 8500 MHz and an IF frequency range from DC - 1250 MHz. They provide an LO to RF isolation of 38 dB and LO to IF isolation of 31 dB. These mixers have a conversion loss of 6.4 dB and an input IP3 of 12 dBm. They are available in a hermetically sealed surface-mount package and are ideal for satellite up and down converters, line of sight links, defense radar, and defense communications applications.

These mixers a unique new design and use a highly repeatable, tightly controlled, automated process that delivers industry-leading reliability at a remarkably affordable price. Schottky diode quads meeting strict specifications are bonded to a multilayer integrated LTCC substrate, and then hermetically sealed under a controlled atmosphere with gold-plated covers and eutectic AuSn solder. These passive, double-balanced mixers are capable of meeting MIL requirements for the gross leak, fine leak, thermal shock, vibration, acceleration, mechanical shock, and HTOL (The testing can be done if requested).
