The MDB-54H+ from Mini Circuits is a Double Balanced Frequency Mixer with an RF/LO frequency from 20 to 50 GHz and an IF frequency from DC to 20 GHz. It is fabricated using InGaP HBT technology and can function as an up-converter or down-converter. The mixer can handle input power up to 21 dBm, has a conversion loss of less than 13 dB and has an LO power of 15 dBm. It provides LO-RF isolation above 25 dB and LO-IF/RF-IF isolation over 20 dB.
The MDB-54H+ is available in a 12-lead MCLP package that measures 3 x 3 mm and is ideal for use in satellite up/down converters, defense radar & communication, WiGig, 5G, and ISM applications.
