The SKY73049-350L is a wideband mixer with an integrated LO driver. It operates from 200 to 5000 MHz and provides a gain of 7 dB, a 3rd order input intercept point (IIP3) of 26 dBm and has a noise figure of 15 dB. The mixer requires a 3.3/5 V supply voltage and is ideal for multi band 2G, 2.5 G, 3G and 4G base station transceivers. The switch is housed in a compact 3 x 3 mm, 16 pin QFN package.
