The SAC3513 is a double-balanced mixer from SuperApex Corporation with an RF/LO frequency from 18 to 32 GHz and an IF frequency from DC to 10 GHz. This GaAs MMIC mixer can be used as both an up-converter and down-converter. It has a low conversion loss of 7.5 dB and high LO to RF isolation of 40 dB. The SAC3513 is available in a 0.58 x 0.9 x 0.1 mm package and is ideal for telecommunication, radar, Satcom, optical communication, military, and aerospace applications. The chip is available with full passivation for increased reliability and moisture protection.
