The TDMX011037 from Teledyne e2v HiRel is a Double-Balanced Passive Diode Mixer MMIC with an RF/LO frequency from 18 to 46 GHz and an IF frequency from DC to 20 GHz. It is qualified for use in space environments and offers low conversion loss and high linearity. The mixer has a P1dB of 12 dBm and a conversion loss of 6.5 dB. It has an LO drive of 15 dBm and provides LO-RF isolation of 35 dB. The TDMX011037 is available as a die and is ideal for designing the up or down-conversion stage in radars, satellite transponders, and related RF communication circuits in electronic warfare applications.
