The MC1502 from Teledyne Microwave Solutions is an RF Mixer with an RF/LO frequency from 10 to 1500 MHz and an IF frequency from DC to 1000 MHz. It has a conversion loss of less than 9.5 dB, provides an LO to RF isolation of more than 25 dB and an LO to IF isolation of over 14 dB. This mixer is available in a TO-8, TO-8H, or surface mount package.
