The M9169E from Keysight is a 3-port PXI programmable step attenuator module that operates across a broad frequency range of DC to 50 GHz. It has a switchable path for a calibrator signal (cal input) into the input of a signal analyzer to improve amplitude accuracy. The M9169E has an insertion loss of 0.03 dB, an attenuation range of 0 to 70 dB, with 2 dB step and can handle up to 1 W of power, 50 W of peak power. Its excellent attenuation accuracy across a wide operating temperature range provides precise measurements.
