HMC812ALC4 Image

The HMC812ALC4 from ADI is an absorptive Voltage Variable Attenuator (VVA) that operates from 5 to 30 GHz. It has an attenuation range of 30 dB and can handle up to 25 dBm of input power. The VVA has two shunt-type attenuators which are controlled by two seperate analog voltages, Vctrl1 and Vctrl2. The full analog attenuation range can be achieved by connecting the Vctrl1 and Vctrl2 pins together with only a small degradation in input IP3 performance. The HMC812ALC4 is available in a RoHS compliant 4 x 4 mm QFN leadless ceramic package and is ideal for microwave sensors, VSAT radio, test instrumentation, military, ECM and radar applications.
