The 50PA-1197 from JFW Industries is a Solid-state Programmable Attenuator Assembly that operates from 200 to 6000 MHz. It consists of 24 solid-state step attenuators, each with an attenuation range from 0-95 dB with 1 dB steps. The attenuators have an insertion loss of less than 8.8 dB and a typical switching speed of 4 microseconds. They can handle an average input power of up to 27 dBm and have a VSWR of less than 1.6:1 @70-6000 MHz. This assembly can be controlled manually with a keypad and remotely via Ethernet or Serial connection. The manual control menu allows the user to set/read an attenuator, fade an attenuator, and perform a handover using two attenuators. It is available in a benchtop unit that measures 12 x 12 x 12 inches with SMA Female connectors.
