PE43620 Image

The PE43620 from pSemi is a 2-Bit Digital Attenuator that operates from 50 MHz to 3 GHz. It has an attenuation range of 0 to 18 dB and a step size of 6 dB. With a parallel control interface, this 50-ohm digital step attenuator (DSA) maintains high attenuation accuracy, a fast switching speed of 26ns, a low insertion loss of less than 0.7 dB, and low power consumption.

The PE43620 is available in a 3 x 3 x 0.85 mm 12-lead QFN package and is suitable for wireless infrastructure and military/ land mobile radio applications. It is manufactured on Peregrine’s UltraCMOS™ process, a patented variation of silicon-on-insulator (SOI) technology on a sapphire substrate, offering the performance of GaAs with the economy and integration of conventional CMOS.
