The PE43665 from pSemi is a 75-Ohm, 6-Bit Digital Step Attenuator that operates from 1 MHz to 2 GHz. It has an attenuation range of 31.5 dB with a step size of 0.5 dB. This DSA operates on a single 3-volt supply and maintains high attenuation accuracy over frequency and temperature. The PE43665 exhibits very low insertion loss and low power consumption. It is available in a 4x4 mm 24-lead QFN package and has a unique control interface that allows the user to select an initial attenuation state at power-up.
