The DTA-100M40G-30-CD-1 from PMI is a 5-Bit programmable PIN diode attenuator that operates from 100 MHz to 40 GHz. It has an attenuation range of 30 dB with a step resolution of 1.0 dB. This attenuator provides ultra-fast switching speeds of 300 ns and can handle an input power of upto 24 dBm. It operates on a single 15 VDC supply and draws only 40 mA of current.
