The DTA-2G18G-60-2 from PMI RF is a 10-Bit programmable attenuator that operates from 2 to 18 GHz. This pin diode attenuator has an attenuation range of 60 dB with a step resolution of as low as 0.06 dB. The attenuator has an insertion loss of 4.5 dB and can handle up 15 dBm of input power. It has a 1 micro seconds turn on time and can be turned off in 0.5 micro seconds. The attenuator is available in a module with SMA connectors.
