The PDVAN-4080-60-8 from PMI is an 8-bit programmable pin diode attenuator that operates from 4 GHz to 8 GHz. It has an attenuation range up to 60 dB with step resolution as low as 0.25 dB and can handle up to 20 dBm of CW power. The device has a switching speed up to 500 nsec and an insertion loss up to 2.5 dB. It requires a supply of +15 V at 150 mA/ -15 V at 75 mA and is available with SMA female connectors.
