The PDVAN-4080-60-8 from PMI is an 8-bit programmable pin diode attenuator that operates from 100 MHz to 20 GHz. It has an attenuation range up to 30 dB with step resolution as low as 0.25 dB and can handle up to 20 dBm of CW power. The device has a switching speed of 1.5 micro sec and an insertion loss less than 4 dB.The attenuator requires a DC supply of +12 V/ +15 V at 150 mA and is available with field replaceable SMA female connectors.
