The TGL2223-SM from TriQuint is a 5-bit attenuator that operates from 0.1 GHz to 31 GHz. It is ideal for supporting of a variety of commercial and military applications and can be used in electronic warfare, satellite communications and for general purpose applications. The device offers a low LSB of 0.5 dB and has an attenuation range of 15.5 dB. It is available in a ceramic air-cavity QFN package and requires a supply from -3.3 V to -5 V.
