The F1951 from Renesas is a 6-bit step attenuator that operates from 100 to 4000 MHz. It has an attenuation range from 1.2 to 32.5 dB with a resolution of 0.5 dB, a low insertion loss of 1.2 dB and a settling time of 400 nsec. The F1951 includes Renesas Glitch-FreeTM technology with excellent linearity of more than 65 dBm IP3 and is available in a compact 4x4 mm Thin QFN 24 pin package.
