The LDA-5018V from Vaunix is a highly accurate, bi-directional, 50 Ohm digital attenuator that operates from 50 MHz to 18 GHz (S to KU-band). It has a 50 dB attenuation range with a step size of 0.1 dB and an attenuation accuracy of 1 dB. This lab brick can handle up to 23 dBm of input power. The device is compact enough to fit into a single rack unit for ATE applications such as; WiMAX, 3G, 4G, 5G, LTE and Microwave Radio Fading Simulators. 

This attenuator is easily programmable for fixed attenuation, swept attenuation ramps and fading profiles directly from the included Graphical User Interface (GUI). Users can also develop their own interface using Vaunix supplied LabVIEW drivers, Windows API DLL files, Linux drivers, Python examples and much more. The power and control connection is from a standard USB type-B female. This single channel digital attenuator is designed to operate reliably from -30 to +70 C.
