The PIQ-2G18G-360-16-CD-1 from Quantic PMI is an I/Q Vector Modulator that operates from 2 to 18 GHz. It offers a phase shift of 360° with more than 16 dB of amplitude control. The modulator has 2x12 BIT monotonic, TTL compatible channels for control logic and a switching speed of less than 500 ns. It can handle a CW input power of +10 dBm and has an insertion loss of less than 18 dB. The modulator requires dual DC supply from ±12 V to ±15 V and consumes less than 100 mA of current. It is available in a module that measures 4.25 x 3.50 x 1.00 inches with SMA-female connectors.
