Note : Your request will be directed to Analog Devices.

The HMC1096 from Analog Devices is a GaAs pHEMT technology based, x2 active broadband frequency multiplier with supports an output frequency of 3.8 GHz to 5.6 GHz. When driven by a 0 dBm signal, the multiplier provides a 12 dBm signal. It has 22 dBc Fo and 3Fo isolations with respect to the output signal level. This frequency multiplier has DC blocked I/Os, and is ideal for use in LO multiplier chains for Point-to-Point & VSAT radios yielding reduced parts count vs. traditional approaches. The HMC1096LP3E is compatible with surface mount manufacturing techniques.
