The AT-AM6-6090-17L from AT Microwave is a 6x Frequency Multiplier that multiplies an input frequency from 10 - 15 GHz to an output frequency from 60 - 90 GHz. It has integrated input and output buffers to provide high output power at a low drive level. This multiplier requires a DC supply of 5 V and consumes 380 mA of current. It is available in a module that measures 60 x 30 x 20 mm with an SMA-female input connector and a WR-12 waveguide output interface.
