The FD-19-0001 from Farran Technology is a full-band passive frequency doubler with an output frequency from 35 to 60 GHz. The frequency doubler has a WR-19 Waveguide Interface at the output and a K-Type connector at the input. It accepts an input power range from 18 to 23 dBm and products 10 dBm of output power. The extremely wide bandwidth and a balanced topology make this component an universal solution for LO mixer drivers as well as frequency sources used in mm-Wave Instrumentation and Test and Measurement.
