The CMD214 is a 24 GHz to 36 GHz active frequency duoubler (2x multiplier) available in die form. It requires an input of 12 GHz to 18 GHz and provides a 2x frequency output signal with a power level of 17 dBm. Isolations to the fundamental and third harmonics are greater than 32 dBc and 25 dBc, respectively. It requires a 5V supply voltage and an input drive level of over 11 dBm to operate. The CMD214 is matched to 50 Ohms and requires no external components for integration (other than bypass capacitors on the gate and drain bias lines).
