The AQ-4X from Spacek Labs is a 4x MMIC-based, Active Frequency Multiplier that quadruples an input frequency of 8.25 to 12.5 GHz to an output frequency of 33 to 50 GHz. The multiplier can amplify an input signal of 12 dBm to have an output power of 17 dBm with spurious levels of -25 dBc. The AQ-4X requires a supply voltage of 8-12 VDC and draws up to 550 mA of current. It is available in a module with a removable heatsink.
