The ASX50-420 from Wright Technologies is a Frequency Quadrupler with an input frequency from 8.25 to 12.5 GHz to an output frequency from 33 to 50 GHz. It provides a saturated output power of 22 dBm when driven by a single DC bias supply. The device has a harmonics of -20 dBc and spurious of -60 dBc. It features a built-in DC voltage regulation circuit and its input/output terminals are matched to 50-ohms.

This RoHS-compliant frequency quadrupler is available in a module with 2.9 mm, 2.4 mm or SMA connectors. It is ideal for a wide range of applications such as test instrumentation, wireless communications, satellite communications, fiber optic interface, power amplifiers, microwave radio systems, electronic warfare, laboratory applications, etc.
