The Q3XG-1500R-SMA from Electro-Photonics is a 90° Quadrature Hybrid Coupler that operates from 1000 to 2000 MHz. This 3 dB coupler provides over 30 dB of isolation. The coupler can handle up to 65 W of input power and has an insertion loss of 0.2 dB. It has an amplitude balance of ± 0.5 dB and a phase balance of ± 3°. The coupler is available in a RoHS-complaint module that measures 1.60 x 13.20 x 15.75 mm and has SMA connectors. It is ideal for use in signal splitting/combining, antenna beam-forming networks, balanced amplifier circuits, I/Q modulators/demodulators, analog phase shifters, microwave mixers, and dividers/combiners.
