The QH9056 from Werlatone is a 2 way 90 degree hybrid coupler that operates from 30 to 520 MHz. It can handle up to 400 W of CW power, has an insertion loss of 0.8 dB and a VSWR of 1.3:1. It is available in a surface mount configuration or a drop in package with SMA Connectors.
