The NW346E from NoiseWave is a calibrated coaxial noise source that operates from 0.10 to 26.5 GHz. This noise source has a high ENR (Excess Noise Ratio) of 19 to 25 dB with a flatness of ± 1.0 dB. It requires a supply voltage of +28 V and draws under 30 mA of current. The NW346E has excellent VSWR, reducing measurement uncertainty, in addition to stringent temperature and voltage stability. It is available in a module with an APC 3.5 male output connector and is ideal for noise figure measurements and built-in test applications.
