The IQOV-220 from IQD is an Oven controlled crystal oscillator (OCXO) that operates at 10 MHz. The OCXO operates over a temperature range from -40 to 85 degrees Celsius with ±0.50 ppb frequency stability. It requires a supply voltage of 12 V and provides a sinewave output. The OCXO has a phase noise of -160 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset and is available in a surface mount hermetically sealed package with excellent Allan Deviation.
