The NN Type from Taitien are OCXOs that operate from 10 to 40 MHz. The OCXOs have a phase noise of -98 dBc/Hz at 10 Hz and a stability of ±20 ppb over a temperature range of -40 to 85°C. These oscillators require a start-up current of 350 mA and consume a steady state power of 0.3 W at 3.3 VDC. They are available in a surface mount package that measures 9.7 x 7.5 x 4.1 mm and are ideal for small cell, portable telecommunication device, packet timing protocol, test and instrumentation applications.
