The H10126 from Werlatone is a 180 degrees hybrid coupler that operates from 2 to 6 GHz. It provides an isolation of more than 20 dB, insertion loss of under 0.8 dB and amplitude balance of 0.4 dB. This 3 dB coupler can handle up to 100 watts of CW power and has a VSWR of 1.35:1. It is available in a surface mount package and can operate over a temperature range of -55°C to +75°C.
