The SFS3450C-LF from Z-COMM is a pre-programmed synthesizer that is phase locked at 3450 MHz to an external 10 MHz reference oscillator. It has a phase noise of -104 dBc, 2nd harmonic suppression of -15 dBc and spurious suppression of -65 dBc. The SFS3450C-LF requires a 5 V supply and draws 25 mA of current. It is housed in a standard PLL-V12C package measuring 0.6 in. x 0.6 in. x 0.22 inch and can be used in satellite communication applications that require quick and simple integration while demanding high performance over the industrial temperature range of -40 to 85°C.
