The PDRO-6800M-13DBM-SFF from Quantic PMI is a Dielectric Resonator Oscillator (DRO) with an output frequency of 6800 MHz. It provides an output with a power level of more than 13 dBm and a phase noise of -140 dBc/Hz (at 1 MHz offset). This oscillator has a reference frequency of 100 MHz with the frequency stability same as the reference and accepts an input level of +3 to +13 dBm. It has spurious emissions of better than -75 dBc and harmonics of -20 dBc. This DRO requires a DC supply from +12 to +15 V and consumes less than 300 mA of current. It is available in a module that measures 2.25 x 2.25 x 0.62 inches with SMA-female connectors.
