The PLDRO-13D95G-25M-EXT-ROHS from Quantic PMI (Planar Monolithics) is a 13.950 GHz Phase-Locked Dielectric Resonator Oscillator (PLDRO). It provides an output power from 13 to 15 dBm and has an SSB phase noise of -71 dBc/Hz (at 100 Hz offset). This PLDRO requires a 25 MHz reference. It has spurious levels of -76 dBc and harmonics of less than -20 dBc. This oscillator requires a DC supply of 12 V and consumes less than 500 mA of current. It is available in a module that measures 2.25 x 2.25 x 1.41 inches with SMA connectors.
