The ADAR5000 from Analog Devices is a 4-Way Wilkinson Power Splitter that operates from 17 to 32 GHz. It can handle an input power of up to 24 dBm (any port), has an insertion loss of less than 2.5 dB and provides more than 18 dB of isolation. This power splitter has four outputs that are matched in both phase and amplitude, making it ideal for signal distribution applications requiring low time skew between channels. It can also be used as a combiner that combines the input signals from the four input ports at the output port. This splitter is available in a WLCSP package that measures 2.46 x 2.46 x 0.50 mm and is designed for space-sensitive microwave signal distribution applications. It is ideal for general-purpose microwave signal distribution, planar phased-array satellite communication (Satcom) systems and phased-array radar system applications.
